1 Egg - 100kcal 2 Granola Bars - 180kcal 1 Peach - 70kcal 1 Pear - 16kcal (I only had 1 ounce.) Dinner {Egg - 100kcal, Rice - 74kcal, assuming it was 57g. SHEESH I SO NEED AN ELECTRICAL WEIGHING SCALE. Brocolli - 32kcal or so.} Total - 572kcal. Well…okay. Thank you, fruits and veggies.

+70 kcal for that peach earlier. Fruits are awesome, they fill you up, AND are low calorie. With the stuff I consumed this morning and afternoon, it’s a total of 350kcal. It is now 6.26 pm. Perhaps 100 calories burned from Aikido in the morning? C:
